Within the context of the student's master's degree program, this unit provides students with the opportunity to apply, develop and critically reflect upon the knowledge and skills they have acquired into investigating a real world people management issue. Under the guidance of the unit coordinator , students will identify a relevant topic and develop a research project proposal that is both academically and professionally robust.
